Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
U can eat all kinds of meat so long as the above regime is followed.

Any meats are good for you and will not add a great deal to your weight at all - but how you cook it would have a bearing!
Certain meats that contain a high fat content do obviously have other negatives attached to them.
Grilling, roasting, boiling or even frying in Olive Oil are the healthiest cooking methods. x

Fish is good, infact I would call it healthy. Also try chicken but with the skin off since the skin contains too much cholestrol than even red meat. My personal favourite thou is soya meat coz it actually not meat but has excatly the same taste and you can eat as much as you want and stay health

White meat is the obvious answer - turkey chicken etc. But lean beef is also fairly low fat - as long as it is the right cut, and you dont add fat to it whilst cooking. Try slow cooking things, and then leaving them to cook, so that you can scrape the fat off the top of the casserole.
Good luck with your weight loss.

If Grandad can get venison, this is generally accepted as being the meat with the lowest fat content.
Chicken's boring! I'd rather go veggie than eat chicken all the time.

Best to cut out red meat, and always remove skin and fat from white meat.
BUT
If you are cutting out red meat, make sure you get lots of dark green leafy veg, and/or beans and pulses to make up the iron - otherwise you will feel weak and want to eat more rubbish!!
Iron is in:
Spinach, baked beans, kidney beans, broccoli, cabbage and any dark green leafy veg!

Turkey has the lowest amount of fat. If you like red meat Venison (Deer Meat) is very low in fat and so is Rabbit. Pork isn't too bad as long as you trim the fat off first.
