I am almost 38, have had 4 children, I am 5ft 6 and have big bones that are slender(If that makes sence) What do you think my ideal weight should be. I know if you ask 100 questions, you are going to get 100 different answers. But just curious what you think it should be, after what I have discribed above. Do not forget I am not a teenager anymore, as I have been there and done that.

this question needs to be redirected at yourself, because at the end of the day, only you can decide what weight you like to be at! If you desire to be thin ( which i think you do looking at your other question) then what everyone else thinks is normal and healthy will seem to big for you anyway. If you are honest you already have an image in your head what you want to look like, and from reading your other question, i do not believe you are really unhappy, but maybe just want people to say how great you must look for having four children etc.
I have had four children and i am 29 years old - weight is irrelevant to me, i am a uk dress size 10 and if i start getting worried over weight, i will get obsessed! If you can wear the clothes you like, and you are healthy, why waste your life caring about a number on a pair of scales.
What we all need to do , is stop thinking that how beautiful, succesful and talented we are is in any way linked to how much we weigh, lets all get real, and be happy if we are healthy and start LIVING!!!
I wish that i could go back to the time in my life when i was alot chubbier ( still healthy) because when i was like that, my weight was never an issue, it had never occurred to me to be worried over my appearance, i was loving life and only when i lost weight through doing a physically strenous job, did i start to be concerned about the whole thing!
Women should look like women curvy and feminine- size zero is abhorrent to me and i genuinely fear for the mental health of all the little girls growing up these days under that pressure.

I would say 5ft 6 should make you between 91/2 and 10 1/2 stone would be perfectly acceptable.
I am 5ft 3, and 8 1/2 stone.

The old rule of thumb was to weigh 100 lbs if you are 5 ft. tall and 5 lbs for every inch after that. That puts you at 130.
5 lbs for every child = 20 lbs so you are up to 150.
5 lbs for every 10 years over 20 = 8 lbs, so you could weigh about 158, give or take 5 lbs., and still look great.
However, if you are proud of your four children and all of your accomplishments, hold your head high and work to stay healthy, not thin.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Well the BMI (body mass index) would suggest you should be no more than 70.5kg, about 11 stone. That's the top end of normal (BMI of 25) so you probably want to be aiming at something a little less.
