Brushing can push stuff between your teeth. Floss after brushing, then use mouthwash to finish it off.

In the Dental Office they always floss last, that's what I do too. If you gargle with Hyd. Peroxide after brushing and before flossing the foaming will get little pieces of food not gotten by brushing

You have to floss first because toothbrush couldn't reach the plague in between the teeths. Then you brush your teeth after th plague been removed by the floss

As long as you are doing both, then good for you. However, I would recommend flossing first. You will loosen the plaque and food that will then be brushed and rinsed away. Plus, it will also allow for the fluoride in the toothpaste to get to the spaces in between your teeth as well if they're not covered in plaque. Happy brushing! =)

I guess it's better to floss first. Usually, I floss, brush then floss again.
