Wash your hands, with soap and water and gently bust them..do NOT squeeze hard, just very gently,..and then wash them with soap and water and let dry out.

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then fifteen. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.
Here are some of the previous comments I got from those who voted it as the best answer,

My ex-husband made me take the top of an ink pen that had the ink removed and put it on the pimple so suck the puss out. It worked but it was so gross, I divorced him. There were other reasons also.

drink plenty of water, wash your face every day or at least before you go to sleep...a regular gentle facial soap is ok, don't stay-up late too much, eat healthy, do not touch your face without washing your hands first, and lastly, avoid touching your face no matter how many pimples you have..this could worsen and infect your skin.

With your fingers. That'll leave scars though. Wash your face more often to remove dirt and grease buildup. That will prevent breakouts.

Detox your body...start with a hot lemon drink each morning and night. And then work on your diet.
The last thing is your hormones...get them fixed by a naturopath or homeopath

Do you mean you want to use natural products instead? Try tea tree oil. Or honey is a natural antiseptic

Remove it when you think it's about to pop. Wash your face with a (preferably hot) wet rag.
