Look harder! go to the courthouse file for legal visitation send the paper to her last known address hell if you go to the courthouse and file the paperwork yourself it usually only costs a few bucks heck send paper work to the grandmama too get them all in court one way or the other!

Not necessarily child abuse unless hes being neglected wherever hes at. Sue her in court for custody. Chances are you will lose custody but she will have to produce your son for the judge to prove hes doing fine. Youll probably end up paying support but you will get at least supervised visits. The court could also order a social service investigation into the mothers family life to make sure its safe for your son to grow up in and all involved will be checked out and no one likes that. You can also notify the police and explain the situation and tell the police you fear for his safety. Shell probably come back at you with false child abuse charges but will have to prove them true in court and hearsay doesnt work. It has to be hard concrete evidence so you should be ok, then sue all for defamation of character. Good luck

If the police said they can't do anything about it, do you really think someone on yahoo can magically produce your son for you? It may be unfair, but as an unmarried father, you have next to no rights, compared to the mother of the child.
The lawsuit your other child is bringing against her is a whole different issue and has nothing to do with the above.

he's off to the U. S. to communicate strategies of combating comparable toddler abductions!!!! i for my section think of this occasion is unparalleled - has each and every guy or woman ever heard of any comparable toddler abduction instances the place a toddler replaced into taken in those situations? The McCann childrens are actual childrens - not dolls which would be positioned away whilst they at the instant are not required. a good concept in combating this back is to rearrange sufficient toddler care whilst having a night out. this is organic and easy common experience - the guy is a unfavorable excuse for a father.

Involve the authorities and child protective serves immediately!!! Call them right now as every second counts and you are the father so you have 50% right to the child, presuming there has not been any court settlement brought against you to give her full custody.

Go to FAMILY COURT and ask for your rights. Abduction is a Federal Offense. For abduction to occur you must have the legal custody of the minor. Then those helping her would be considered felons as her (accomplices).

you need to contact the police and they will work with finding your son
you have the same rights to your sons just as she does and if you havent been abusive to him she might just be because her mother got to her

goodluck
hope you find your son soon

Take this matter to the police, as she has no right to keep your child from you if you are not a danger to him.
