Henna is a good choice if you want to get a temporary tattoo like thing. It fades on it's own in a few weeks and there isn't an age restriction because it's not permanent. Glad you know that you have to be 18 to get a real tattoo, many people don't.

i've never heard of getting a temporary tattoo at a tattoo parlor. i have seen them in quarter machines, and i have seen airbrush ones in the mall but that's it.

Hi.
You can actually buy temporary tattoo paper (like the same brands that sell tee-shirt transfer paper) from craft shops and other shops and print any picture from your computer onto it.
So you can make some really cool designs for yourself! : ) hope i helped sweetie

are you serious? there is no age limit. they're popular with preschoolers the world over. seriously, temporary tatoos like a cross between face paint and stickers - why would there by an age limit? although for the sake of your own dignity, i'd set the maximum age somewhere around 10. past that it's just humilating.

Are u from Singapore? If yes, there's no age limit for temp tattoos. But if u're still schooling, U still have to obey the school's rules.

Yeah they're safe! We had one on my daughter when she was only a couple of weeks old at a carnival.
