You two shouldn't have gotten married until he was over her. I don't know what you can do to make her memories go away. Just pray he's only thinking not acting out anything with her. I wish you the best.

First remove her from your mind, rest would be easy as then you will be able to relax and be yourself and that is what will help your husband forget even the trace of it. If she stays in your mind she will be controlling your lives long after your husband left her, do not give her so much important.

Press the ignore button in your mind, you will see the difference when you do not try to forget her, as she will not matter to you any more.

Do not let her make you feel insecure by the way, your husband chose you over her so naturally knows whats better for him, these would be just hangover memories which will linger on for a while before fading away.

You can't. Just focus on your relationship with him. He's with you and not her for probably some very good reasons. It will eat you up inside if you continue to worry about it.

As his wife, you have a right to question anything beyond normal reminiscing however. If he seems obsessed, or outright compares you to her, you need to have a talk with him to see what's going on. Possible even with a marriage counsellor.

Otherwise, let it go. He may not be thinking of her as much or as highly as you think.

Please know that you can't change him nor his thoughts. Everything happens for a reason and that is why she is is ex. I wouldn't bring her up unless he chooses to speak about her. It can and will turn into a sticky conversation. Believe me! I would listen to him carefully and be sure not to become that individule so he couldn't compare you to her. Good luck!

you cant change him, get over it or get rid of him, if hes obsessed theres nothing your gunna do.., and that is the simple truth of it... if hes married to you and still thinkin about her in anything more than an ocasional in the past thought then hes not puttin you first in his life and in the end will ruin your marriage. best of luck
