You gotta have romance!!!
It just shows that the person you're with appreciates you that they go to a little bit of effort now and again!
A relationship without romance would be like a meal with no food!!
Even the smallest gesture can mean so much! xx

I used to think that it was a total waste of time, but 10 years with an excruciatingly emotionless person convinced me otherwise. In any good relationship making sure that your partner understands that you appreciate him or her is key, therefore romance is a very necessary ingredient to keep a partnership healthy. How little or how much depends on personal taste, but it is absolutely not a waste. Definitely worth the effort every time. ;-)

Romance is the way to keep a relationship alive. That's how the passion is increased. It's those little things that you do for each other that makes you want to stay with that person (keeps you interested). Keeps your love growing. Definetely a must for me to even consider dating someone because I know that I'm going to be romantic for him.

depends what you mean by romance
i've been married just over 14yrs, and I occasionally bring my wife flowers, or some other small "token" home
I don't make it "every second friday" or the second thursday in each month, but now and again
the occasional, unasked for compliment
that's what I call romance...and it works
good luck

I love a bit of romance.

Like sending flowers, nice meal. Weekends away. does the soul good and keeps the spark.

I think I may be one of the unltimate romantics....
I love it, I love being romantic, I love it when my boyfriend is romantic, I try and say something romantic to him everyday and make him giggle.
It's loveley cos he makes me giggle too ;-)
