Yup and if you keep a sensible diet the weight will drop right off.

Try do the excersize in the morning too, that way after sleep all your food has digested, youll be burning you fat reserves directly.

1 last thing try to vary your workout, walking, running rowing too are good, its very common people stop because they get bored of doing the same thing all the time!

Cycling is a great way to stay in shape. I am a man of 45 years old and have been cycling over 100 miles a week to and from work and love it. I am as slim today as I was when I first started cycling , I have the pulse rate of a 20 year old and despite the weather I love cycling and start suffering from withdrawl sysmptoms if due to holidays and other circumstances I can't get on my bike. Enjoy it and have a great new year.

Yes but take it steady to start with, and don't weigh yourself every day. You will find that the fat will go, but it changes to muscle which weighs heavier that fat, so although you will look a lot slimmer your weight will not seem to have changed as much as you might have thought. Good luck and let us know how you get on. I cycle about 3/4 of an hour 3 times a week and in the last year my waist has gone from 44" to 38" and lost 2.5 stone in weight. hope this helps

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

sure cycling is an marvelous exercising technique, far decrease effect than working/walking. by skill of ways it incredibly is powerful for dropping weight, no longer loosing weight you do no longer purely desire the burden to be loose. (sorry to function that yet this talk board is crammed with to-too-2, and loose-lose, blunders). i do no longer understand in case you cycle now yet one factor i spotted is that utilising clipless pedals or properly utilising toe clips facilitates with the exercising consultation considering the fact which you're pushing down on one pedal yet you apart from would pull up on the choice one utilising a set of great muscle mass that would desire to frequently purely go alongside for the experience.

same answer as I just gave to aomeone else, If you are overweight, then walking is the best, if you bore easily then cycle, but don't work to hard or all you will do is get muscle will a layer of fat and hardly any weight loss.
You ought to be able to hold a conversation and exercise at the same time if you are staying in your fat burning zone
