it will escalate violence in Iraq.it will be a better option to withdraw forces from Iraq and leave that country to Iraqis. Iraq was invaded under the pretext that it had WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION, but could not find out them, instead of withdrawing forces, they created sectarian violence due to which more than 6,00,000 Iraqis and 3000 American soldiers died after it was invaded by the us imperialists.now they hanged a secular Muslim ruler and made a miscarriage of justice. I THINK, IT IS HIGH TIME TO EVACUATE IRAQ .IT SHOULD BE MONITORED BY UNITED NATIONS.

No one really know what Bush is going to do until he tells us. And when he's ready he will do that. but to tell you the truth I think we have enough troops now to do the job. It's the polliticaly correct way the war is being run that is prolonging it. I mean how can a soldier do a good job if he has to constantly worry about a bunch of lawyers back at base camp ready to pounce on him if he happens to kill an enemy in battle? When people like the ACLU have a voice in war we are in trouble. they worry more about how an enemy combatant is being treated when caught then the fact that we need to win and end this war as soon as possible. How do you win a war well it used to be you crushed your enemy took their heart out of fighting anymore show them that they can't win! but as long as we're not doing this no amount of troops is going to help and it is going to cost more lives in the long run then if we just let our military do what it does best.

The people of the US are demanding that SOMETHING be done.. Pulling out is not an option. Keeping the same level is the same as doing nothing. SOoooooo.. The only option left is to add troops.

Yes it will but ultimately it's up to the people of the Middle East to quit blowing themselves up and getting offended so easy.

I think half of them are going to be advisers and the other half are going to be strictly offensive (no patrols, just attacks).
