Yeah, this seems like you know what your doing.

My only adivse would be to focus on nutrion as well. No, I didn't say diet... nutrition. Keep on eating healthy protiens, veges, and good carbs and you should be great.

Stick with it, the body takes a while to change.

You sound great. If you are 5'6, you are at a thin/average weight.
6 small meals a day is great for keeping the weight down. That way you don't get hungry inbetween. Do what you have been doing with this exercise, but if you aren't already, do some firming/toning exercises for each muscle group
Your total calories should not be above 1800, and you could go down as low as 1500. But make sure you maintain the same amount of exercise you have been doing.
If you did nothing but sit on your hind -end you would need approximately 1,180 calories a day to maintian your weight. However ,since you are exercising and burning at least 500 calories a day you could easily hit 1500-1800 to maintain or possibly even lose.
Eat healthy with plenty of fruits, veggies, at least 80 grams of protein, and good carbohydrates (whole wheat bread, fruits), and 2 cups of skim or 1% milk a day .
Good luck

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Unless u r diabetic, u shud have not more than 3 meals a day.
