Stress can cause a wide variety of symptoms, even some that mimick other more serious conditions...you should first see a doctor to make sure there is nothing wrong with your gasto-intestinal system, and to check for pregnancy....if applicable...then if everything checks out normal, go see a psychiatrist...they will help you.

Yes, worry can make you sick. When I broke up with my ex, I had no appetite for 5 days, and I ate nothing. The fact that you crave oranges is likely unrelated. The fact that you have mood swings further points to being stressed out. You should start doing stress relieving things... turn down some commitments so you have some alone time. Take a bubble bath or meditate or read a good book or watch tv, whatever relaxes you.

oddly enough when you crave a certain food its because that food has a mineral of vitamin your body needs. back in the days of sailing the open seas the passengers wood keep lemons on board the ship for vitamin c to prevent a disease called scurvy. this illness can cause symptoms of madness...... but I'm no doctor. seek medical treatment.

permit me inform you something that I nevertheless don't understand in spite of everything those years on the earth. while i like a guy he doesnt understand I exist and then the different day i'm hit on via adult men that i choose no longer something to do with. they like me ,i think of they're gross, i like him, he blows me off. the only factor i can inform you is this, instruct much less of an interest. If a guy needs you he will come and get you thats what i understand, yet once you instruct too a great number of an interest particularly once you're warm he merely takes it as an ego holiday. You suddenly would desire to get thank you to busy too confer with him plenty. once you sweep him off slightly and instruct much less interest he will come when you IF he's surely fascinated. If no longer, it grew to become into all approximately his ego and you understand the place you stand. BTW dont chase adult men, you dont would desire to and in case you do you will on no account understand if he liked you first.

Food cravings can be a sign of malnutrition or malabsorption. This can be caused by Celiac Disease. Other Celiac symptoms include nausea, food aversions, extreme mood swings, headaches, diarrhea/constipation, gas... whatever your problem is that you have been thinking about a long time is causing you stress. stress can make us either under eat or over eat. also can make us not get enough sleep or want to sleep all the time. try to resolve whatever your issue is and that should help gain your appetite back to where it was before.
