Why do you feel stress i mean just find the thing which cause you stress. Is that your own brother sister lover or any else. Do not share it with non sense people share it with like church father or muslims who resolves problems like keep going to the temple or church or mosque and attempt to be happy not for your friends but for your self. Read Bhavat Geeta and books like. Have some advise from astrologer as well. Do not belive on ladies that they can sovle your problem. Belive me, In those case you may be mis used by them. I mean they can use you to satisfy their needs then it may hurt you. Eat some good food tasty like boiled and home cooked. These are the way to avoid the tensense But y u feel tense its you know only. **BEST OF LUCK**

Drink homeopathy mother tincture Passifloura - Q. 10 to 15 drops in warm water at bed time. Also start drinking Noni herbal fruit juce twice a day for about six months. You will feel mch better. Both you can stop after six months.
