A subconscious is necessary for the absorption and temporary storage of data while awake.
No, he would not be conscious while sleeping, as this is when the conscious shuts down to allow for everything learned during the day to be sorted and stored chemically and through the development of synaptic connectors.
Yes, he would dream, as this is a side affect of the processing and storage of the data.
Yes, he had a soul because he had blood and the Bible says the soul is the blood. He was the Lamb of God, representing the lamb sacrificed in the Temple each year to forgive the sins of Israel. They slit its throat, allowing the soul or blood to drain out on the ground. Then, the flesh was destroyed on the alter in the holy of the Temple.
You should learn human science and the Bible better.

The Bible says that jesus wept over jerusalem, yet there was nothing wrong with Jerusalem at the moment!
Jerusalem was destroyed 70 years after His death and resurrection!
as for being "not ordinary" - only crucifixion scars really make His being different:
Jhn 20:27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust [it] into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
and, finally, the victory:
Hbr 4:14 ¶ Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast [our] profession.
Hbr 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as [we are, yet] without sin.
remember the sacrifice and the victory. Don't sweat the small stuff.

He was a highly elevated spirit in a human body, so yes he had a subconscious mind and the proof of this is when he talks about the way to pray correctly.A prayer is actually a way to program your mind and tune it with the Universe and actually get your thought being manifested in the world of maya.(Illusion).He could have had dreams before he became enlightened since he wasn't at the beginning. Maybe not on the last stages of his life, for at a certain level of Mastery, one can actually dream without actually having the dream state during sleep. If you watched Star Wars ,then you must have heard that Jedi's don't have nightmares! Well, that's cause they stay conscious during their sleep. And His soul is actually what made him die in total faith ,for his soul is what came back into resurection and came back in the body that was left behind.
Hope that brings a little light in your beliefs about Superman!

I don't know whether it's mentioned in the Bible, Let;s look into the criteria of prophets, they're human being like us, as a result they have all the common ureges as human beings, the difference is that They are the chosen one , chosen from and by God Himself, They are so enlightened that they are not vulnerable to sins like ordinary people, Jesus being a great Prophet , it would be the same for Him .

What do you mean by subconscious? A voice speaking to you?
No, Jesus speaks directly with God.
Why would a person be still conscious in sleep? Are you conscious in sleep?
Does Jesus dream and does He have a soul? Hmmm....I don't know, why don't you ask Him?

The Bible does mention the spirit of Jesus when he dies on the cross:
When Jesus had received the wine ,he said, ` It is finished`. Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

My understanding is this. Jesus was human in every way we are except sin. So the answer is yes to all of the above.

Jesus was exactly like us. He faced the same trials, had the same weaknesses, and lived completely as a human. The difference is, Jesus never gave in to these weaknesses. He never sinned.

Jesus,(if he ever existed as written in (some-versions-of) a 'bible' was a 'Male-human',.... with a psychosis/psychoses that caused him to have 'delusion-of-grandeur' that caused him to believe that he was the 'son-of-god'.
Unfortunately, many people (to this day) believe-in a 'male-human', that if they met someone professing even 'some-of' the same things that jesus (supposedly-said-and/or-did), that they'd IMMEDIATELY brand him as a NUTCASE in need of psych-meds and/or in need of confinement in a mental-hospital. IMO
As far as Your questions go, if You 'believe' he was a human, then attribute to jesus (what You believe are human-traits),....
