I love to work out. Really a big motivator for me to keep going to the gym are the girls. There is nothing that will keep me on the treadmill for an hour better than a sexy sweaty babe on the stairmaster in front of me. Or when they work out with that big bouncy ball. HOT.

I do not hate working out because it is good for your health. The reason I keep working out at the gym is because it can help me feel better for myself and relieve stress. I workout every single day.

I love working out, it is the one thing in life that keeps me going. It makes you feel good, look good, why wouldn't you. Just take it slow, don't go too fast, do what you can. Take 15 minutes out of your day to work out. Continue from there, add on the time you work out to 30 minutes. Great.

Yes, I hate it - it's boring. But what keeps me doing it is the fact that I know that much of my mother's family has heart and circulatory problems, and that I don't want to join the ones that stroked out at 55.

It's funny because I actually LIKE working out but I rarely do it! It makes me feel so good afterward but I'm like hmmm...should I sit here and watch Parental Control for 2 hours or go to the gym...and Parental Control always wins. But when I do work out, I have to have my iPod and it helps when they have MTV on in the cardio area :)
