Only if you are 7'9" and 550#. Otherwise you'll be pretty wasted. and to lose that much in just "fat" weight would be almost impossibe. If there is 3500 calories in a pound times that by seven days. You'd have burn about 6400 calories a day. An average BMR in around 3000. That means with eating 0 calories everyday you'd also have to burn 3400 calories on the stairmaster, which would probably be 4 hours a day just doing stairmaster. Not very easy when you haven't been eating anything. You could lose that weight with diuretics, but that semi dangerous too.

yes! Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! It's all up to how much you weigh now. Have you ever watched the biggest loser, those people aren't 7'9 and 550 pounds and they have lost a lot more weight than 13 pounds in a week before.
One thing though, they are under a doctors care and are certain to get the most nutrition out of their diets.

if you need to loose weight fast for a dance or something. Try drinking a lot of water. Exercise everyday and walk too. Make sure you get plenty of sleep. Eat only real light meals. Eat supper before 6 pm. I have lost it before but don't keep doing it for a long time. It would not be a bad idea to take multi-vitamin for weight loss. Don't try those quick weight loss pills. They can damage your nerves, blood pressure, heart, and stomach.

sure, if you are planning on giving birth anytime soon...however, if you're not, there is almost no physical way to loose that much in a week. And even if you did, you'd gain it back just as quick. your body will get used to having no calories and your metabolism will slow down to almost "stop." When you eat even one meal then, guess what? Hello, weight gain. Don't try it.

No way. Also, losing weight that quickly, you will certainly gain it back quickly too. The recommendation is 2-3 lbs per week. You didn't gain it overnight, you can't lose it overnight.
