There are more than enough legal American citizens who will do jobs that illegals do currently now and most Americans would take those jobs. However since Americans pay taxes and medical benefits (which illegals don't) then they would need to be given more money to do those jobs!

Well here is the thing!! If there aren't enough legals to do the job then we can get more people in legally to do the job! Legally with the red tape and all. Having them tested before they come to America legally! Tested for TB and any other contagious dieses. Imagine your health would not be at risk and we don't have to worry about illegal problems.

Nope. a lot of communities have had labor shortages in the past, but have had to turn to immigrants. About 5% of working age people don't work due to school, and things like that, so that's a given in the unemployment rate, which is now at 8% or so. That means only 3% of people are actually looking for work. Illegal immigrants probably make up at least 10% of this countries workforce. You do the math. There is no way you could fill that many jobs without immigrants.

yet we want to throw them out even if it means crashing our economy. Smart.

Ever hear of the immigration lottery? It's fast, gets really respectful, hard-working immigrants and as far as I know, every time we open it up for takers, no matter how many, every spot is filled. LEGALLY.

But we may not need to. Today, there are 6.2 Million ppl waiting in line LEGALLY.

Legal immigrants work harder, for longer hours, for lower pay than illegals, are accountable, respect the law, are willing to learn English and assimilate, rarely if ever get 11 year old girls pregnant (& throw a party b/c of it), seldom join gangs (teachers in high-illegal areas were polled: over 95% of Latino boys join gangs by 7th grade) they don't wee-wee on their truck tires...everyday at noon, if there's a trash barrel next to them, they drop any garbage IN it...not beside it to show machismo, NEED I SAY MORE?

Our problem with the economy is easy. The record of most former Spanish Colonies being corrupt, gang-ridden, drug-infested and with backward economies, now THAT we don't NEED dragged up here.

Illegals are now doing the same job I've been doing for the past 24 years.

HELL NO!...LEGALS don't want to pick fruit and vegetables for less than Minimum Wages. LEGALS don't want to work in Sweat Shop producing goods for Wal Mart. LEGALS don't want to hang out at Home Depot for a chance to put up Drywall for $5 an hour. LEGALS just want to enjoy the benefits of these services while complaining about ILLEGALS. Greed and Hypocrisy are strange bedfellows.

If most legals are working already, then why would they want to take the low paying illegal jobs?

Prostitution is banned because of the fact the regulation needs to enforce reliable morals. it is nonetheless frequently believed that promiscuity is undesirable, regardless of the undeniable fact that prostitution is definitely standard because of the fact the worldwide's oldest occupation. i think of it would be suited to alter the intercourse commerce and make sure that prostitutes are STD unfastened and not controlled and overwhelmed by skill of pimps. yet there'd continuously be a difficulty with a black-industry of extra low-fee intercourse with unregistered whores, so the comparable problem would exist sooner or later that exists right this moment. on the subject of drugs, marijuana is the only factor that would desire to be legalized. it incredibly is a organic herb, particular it has intoxicating effects and is somewhat addictive, yet not extra so than alcohol. it would desire to be regulated and majorly taxed. the different drugs like coke, heroin, meth, those would desire to all stay unlawful. they are super addictive, and kills human beings whilst they OD. on the least, necessary sentencing policies on drugs would desire to be reconsidered. you have baby molesters and murderers getting out till now human beings on their first drug conviction...that doesn't look maximum appropriate. And is a huge clarification why the jails are so overcrowded now.

Too many illegal aliens are putting people out of work. Just ask people in the construction industry.

I know that I would rather be working for low wage than be redundant due to an injury like I am right now. Not working is making me nuts.
