Pray first. Asking God for the strength. Then, read some of inspiring and supporting quotes (I have been collecting quotes) and sing songs in beating rhytm. That would bring back my spirit.

Life is always worth living, even on our worse days. Tell yourself that giving up is NOT an option. Pray. Then pray harder. Find ways to get outside of your own head for a while (volunteer, visit friends, watch a funny movie). Reach out for help to your pastor, family, friends, a crisis hot-line, ANYBODY. Keep reaching out until somebody gets it and helps you. Never give up. Most things that can make us feel so incredibly hopeless really are temporary. Get counselling. Talk to your doctor about how you feel. You just have to give yourself the time to get past whatever it is that is making life so hard right now. Again, never give up.

I am not really an optimistic person but i have had a tough life, and i am a weak person, but you just have to be strong and find comfort with your religion, friends, family, or find an activity that will lighten up your spirit...if you cant find comfort with any of these things....if not
you can always e-mail strangers like myself and get some random advice from a total stranger...:)
Good Day

You have no idea how it would feel to the persons you would left behind ESPECIALLY the ones that couldn't or wouldn't help you. Don't do it!

I was left behind by my best friend many years ago. It took 14 years to recover. Actually last anniversary was the first one in which I miss her presence, without feelings of guilt and without thoughts like "I don't deserve living".

Don't do it!

She didn't know the pain she was to inflict to her family and friends. She didn't know how much we cared. She thought we didn't, but we did.

I wish she had screamed for help, I wish she had yelled at me, I wish she had let me know how she felt. I would have tried to help, if I had known she meant business.

Speak with somebody, ask for help. Knock to each and every door till you find one that opens up.

Speak to me if you have nobody else, or nothing else to do.

You realize that problems only look like they are unresolvable but in reality they can be resolved. You realize that there are people that love you (including God). read a chapter of the good book (preferably in this case John 14 chapter) pray ...and then watch your favorite Disney movie.
