She only let her dogs wear them when out in walks (period, heat) All these nappies are not for long period of wearing, due to the threat of infections. What happen if the dog shits? Same like the baby, the woman will have to clean them up.

I've read that they are for bitches when they are are on their period. I don't know what happeneds if they have to defacate. I'm curious to see what the answers are.

No, I think that the woman is to lazy to pick-up the poo. I hope that she washes their backsides every time after changing the nappies.

My thought is the dogs were in heat.They have pills for urinating problems that really completely control that and nobody in there right mind would do that for the other defacacate .

There are pants out there for females in heat to prevent them from being bred.. I presume she has them relieve themselves, then puts the pants on the dogs to walk them? That's what I would do.

They are probably as someone already said, for bitches in heat. They help prevent copulation should a dog suddenly attack.
