They have thes elittle spots or patches they look like they raised i can feel it with my tounge it goes around my upper lip only It does not go away or does it spread what is it ?

they could just be small ulcers, have you eaten anything really salty? try drinking lots of water. if they dont go away i would suggest having someone have a look at them.

they could be ulcers, sometimes they dont go away, they may not even be ulcers exactly they may just be the remnants of ulcers that may not dissappear if you eat a lot of sodium or salt filled foods. its pretty common actually, i dont think you should be worried about it unless they are red or irritated. it could just be your mouth is producing more bacteria than normal and you may want to try listerine two or three times a day, not regular mouthwash listerine because it has the alcohol in it. try it out but i really dont think you have anything to worry about.
YES cut out the fast food! chock full of sodium and countless other things that are horrible for you. cut them out completely if you can.

Cold sores?
Or maybe just dry skin.
Hard to say, w/o seeing for myself!
