it depends, but personally, my eyesight worsens when i wore spect during secondary school days. now, when i changed to contact lens, the degree of my eyesight remains the same.

it also depends greatly on how you take care of your eyes i guess.

Depends.

But I do know that Gas-Permeable (hard) Contact Lens help to better hold the shape of the eye, slowing down the deterioration of eyesight. I don't know about regular contacts. A lot depends on age.

NO .. i have spectacles since last 15yrs i m 32 yrs old and my no. has not increased or i had any problem i m not comfortable using lens so i wear specs and yes if u use cheap quality glass or ur optician is not relaible then u willhave problem otherwise dont worry .

no this is not true,sometimes they help,but also try something more..
Listen most powerful thing in this world is YOGA try some yoga exercise for eyes it is really fantastic....plz beleive me ..plz devote ur time to yoga ....plz..because eyes are precious DEAR...
