If you can't have a conversation on a level that is comfortable for you then what do you have in common that would make a good relationship. If you think she is "such a dits", it will never work. Don't continue with your "possibly soon to be girlfriend". Stop before one of you gets your feelings hurt or your heart broken.

I've had those types of girls before. Sorry to say, if the girl isn't up to your level of intelligence, move on bro. It would be a sad sight to see that her intellect is not comparable with your views and opinions on certain subjects. That would just BORE your interest in her in the long run.

depends how much you value intelligence..sadly i've dated one or two attractive males with no brains and it just never lasted. that's because i need intellectual stimulation...i need someone sharp to keep me on my toes..for me, mental stimulation and physical stimulation are very much interlaced. it's better to be in a relationship with someone at your level of intellegence..or atleast someone capable of comprhending your intellegence..it'll ensure greater success for a lasting relationship.
now, if you're just 'having fun' with her..i guess maybe it's not SUCH a big deal. if it's more than that though...then yes..maybe shes not the one.

If you want conversation in your relationships, yes, it is a bad thing. I myself wouldn't be able to put up with a guy who didn't know what the hell I was talking about. (I rarely find a guy who does, but still.) I think couples should be about on the same intellectual wavelength. If there's too much of a difference, it's doomed to fail.

A relationship needs communication and common interests, and it sounds like this relationship lacks both. You need to find someone who you can really relate to, and who can hold an intelligent conversation.

Yes. Sooner rather than later, you will be bored stiff and thinking it would be more interesting to watch paint dry. Probably best to extract yourself from this thing. Just let her down gently and move on.

Yes it's bad that she's kinda dumb. If it's annoying you now, imagine what life with her will be like in 6 months.

Do yourself a favor...don't date her. Sounds like it'll end up a breakup if you don't enjoy conversing with her. n
