Hai, The best way to lose weight is to understand the basics. It is just simple, obesity occurs when "input is more than output" or due to harmonal defects, etc. Brisk Walking everyday is the best way to reduce fat. Also do not eat sweets or any food which increases fat. Drink one glass of warm water half an hour before food or one hour after food. Do not eat anything in between meals. Everyday see urself in the mirror as u want urself to be. Keep repeating many times, self affirmations like "I am in perfect shape. All my unwanted fat has been removed from my body". Ur subconscious mind will convert your affirmations into a reality. Practise "Kapal Batti" after learning this yoga from a yoga teacher. This yoga is a natural way of toning the muscles in ur abdomen area unlike the vibrator which is harmful to the body. If u practise this yoga for 5 minutes everyday will reduce around 7 kg of weight within a month. Best of Luck!!

you should go to any places that have sauna or some kind of aroma therapy.If you get a vibratin on your fat area, it wrong because it will irritant your organ.i suggest u to take a holiday at beach and lies ur body under son.or u can take about 12km joging about twice a weeks.but don't worry about eating in large quantities breakfast because u can stores ur energy until evening without eating and take 6-9 glass of water espcially when u was awake from sleep.please reply and u can email me at izzat007@rediff.com/

well i am 13 5"7and 150 and people say i am not fat cause my stomach is very thing but when i do tricks on my skateboard i fell heavy sometimes so i dont eat for 2 days and then i feel lighter but you might need to exersice and eat fruts and not so much junk thats only if you eat junk

Diet. drink green tea. cut on carbo and fats. no supper. walk more and drinks lots of plain water. vege and fruit diet is good too.but don't starve urself in doing so ok
