I usually take a hammer and pound some nails or close yourself in a closet and let a big scream go and rant at the top of your lungs at no one. Believe me this helps. I also write down a nasty letter to whoever I'm pissed at and let em have it....then throw it away when I'm finished.

It helps if you can enlist other people to help out. Do you have any friends who will come by and help, especially with chores? Tell them you need more quality time with your son, and you could use some help with things like getting dinner on the table, or laundry or cleaning. If you have someplace you go to worship, often the people there will be very helpful. Ask!
Also, there are hotlines you can call if you feel overloaded, and someone on the other end will listen.

For me, sometimes I just need the kids to go play and for me to listen to my favorite song a couple times. Even just 5 minutes of quiet while staring at a wall can help. And always remember that the hard work pays off, remember how much you love your kids and that usually strengthens my resolve to remain patient and kind to them.
Good luck

I look at bums and think of their woes. Then I think of how lucky I am that I'm not like any of them. Then I look at pictures of children in ethiopia and think of how lucky I am that I'm not any of them. Then I look for pictures of car bombs in iraq and think of how lucky I am for not being there...................... get the picture?
Be proactive.... nobody but you alone can make you feel stressed out. No religion or faith can relieve you of your stress. Only you can.

Seek the Lord. He's our rest, our comfort, our rock, our saviour. He's the only one who can really help us, and He carries our burdens. Just ask Him into your heart, and read His Word! Your entire life will change in the blink of an eye!
