All you can do is tell her what you feel. You can't get her to quit or make her quit. Rehab is a good idea. Also, NA can help her, but it starts with her. If she doesn't want to get clean, she won't. Recovery is not for people who need it - it's for people who want it.
Be careful for your own sanity - take care of #1 first. Otherwise, you may become a co-dependent, if you aren't already. You may or may not have to end the relationship. But whatever you do, my advice is to do it WITHOUT considering how it will affect her. That may sound harsh, but it is my opinion based on my experience with addiction and recovery.
Love Jack

She has to want to stop for herself not for anyone else. The first & most important step for any addict is admitting they have a problem. If your girl is not at this stage then you have a fight on your hands.
You must realise you are dealing with the heroin & the addiction to it, not your girl.
It is a very powerful drug which affects everyone's lives that are involved with the addicted person.
I wish you the best of luck & don't forget to look after yourself as well.

get her into rehab NOW! Heroin is Nothing to joke around with!! My friend died last year from an overdose, and actually the girl that put the needle in her (they would shoot eachother up or something) is in prison for accidental homicide. Heroin is one of the most horrible drugs out there, she needs to stop NOW!!

I've met sober addicts and they say over and over that the will to stop has to begin inside them. That's really hard to grasp when you love someone who's throwing their life away and you want so much to help. The first step for you is to get emotional help for yourself. Addictions occur in systems with a supporting cast. And you can not by yourself get full perspective of your role in the system. For yourself - try naranon and get some therapy to prepare yourself for battle with a merciless foe - addiction.

You can`t make her quit. She has too want to do it herself. You can ask her to get rehab.and check into a treatment center,If not tell her your leaving until she straightens up.Heroin is very powerful today in some cases 90% pure and very additive. She needs treatment and not enabeling.Hope this helps
