Ok I love my Boyfriend and we are going to get married some day and with my manager i know that i will never date him (or would i ever want to date him) but yet i am still attracted to him. he could never see myself with any other man but my boyfriend but yet i still have this attrction toward my manager and i know that I love him and have for the past year and half. (but understand I LOVE Love my boyfriend and i am not confused about who i love becuase the love is different)

Not sure there is a question here. I think you answered your own communication. There are many kinds of love...love for ones parents, siblings, friends, pets, etc. The love you feel for your manager is in the friend, pet, etc. category. Many times in my life I was infatuated with men other than my boyfriend (now my husband of 40 years). That is perfectly normal as long as you don't act on it - embarrassing your manager or yourself would be the worst thing you could do and then you would not feel you could hold that job anymore. Stay IN LOVE with your boyfriend and be happy.

If you love your boyfriend as much as you say you do, you need to find a job elsewhere away from your manager. The attraction toward your manager could just be attraction to authority figure and power or some other quality your manager has that your boyfriend does not and you with he did.

Hmmmmm, you should let your boyfriend know that you already have thoughts about your manager and that you are having feelings for him. Then you should go on a friendly date with your manager at your boyfriends approval and see where it goes, if you end up f**king your manager, you aren't ready to get married. You should let your boyfriend know before you planned on getting married or it would just hurt more if you had to cheat on him after the marriage.

If you really love your boyfriend, you should stay with him and just keep your mind off your manager. If you know you would never date you manager, just don't bother fantasising about it. Stick with your boyfriend, get married, and live happily ever after. If you don't agree with this, just follow your heart, it will help you the most.

well i believe you can love more then one person " love" come in many shapes and form- all different- you don't love your mom the way you love your best friend or love your best friend the way you love your dog!
i am a married woman and i still love my ex bf not because i crave an intimate relationship but because i am in love with an illusion - of what was or could have been - i am in love wit my husband and that what matters
you heart holds so much in it - and sometimes its too difficult to explain- things will be fine don't over analyze!

Whatever fantasy you have with your boss, harness that energy and direct it towards your your bf. See if the bf is up to the challenge. Enjoy the fact that you may look forward to going to work. So long as you don`t play with your boss this senerio could continue. If you and boss do it the bf should be told. But if your bf he should get first chance.

Maybe its just a feeling of......... fatal attraction.
But its normal to feel this way. Afterall, he being your manager, you tend to spend many hours with him. Working people spent most hours in our life at work, therefore its also normal that we'll tend to have attraction.

seems to me u have a classic case of infatuation towards your boss.. i guess the proximity and your feeling that you wouldn't be able to get him makes him more appealing to you.. however, what u feel for him is childish and shallow... u'll find that soon enough when you sleep with him
