I had my hair cut to day and the lady messed it up BAD... I looked like BARBIE after a 3 year old got a hold of a pair of sciossors lol ( you know what i mean ) .... Ok lol... So i had to find another place to fix it ........ Can i go back to the 1st place and demand my money back ?

they might find it rude.. but you have a right to point out you dont like the cut.. theyll probably say you should have just pointed it out when it was first done.. not much later... but maybe they might give you a discount or something for a later service as a goodwill gesture

I understand how you feel as I had the ugliest hairstyle few years back but i did not dare to ask for refund or anything. Come to think of it, I should at least let the stylist know that the cut is bad, judging from her experienced look, I just leave everything in her hand.
Depends on whether the salon has got any refund policy. Some will not refund you but will touch up for you for free. It is not rude if you do it in a professional and not bitchy way. Next time don't go back to that salon again and make sure when you get a hiardo, check what the stylist will do to your hair. Better still if you have a rough idea what you want instead of letting the stylist decide for you.

I think that if she hacked your hair off that you are perfectly right to ask for a refund. I had someone color my hair a little over a year ago and cut it short. It looked awful. I did demand my money back, and I went to have it fixed. I would not hesitate to ask for it back. If they want to rework your hair, just decline. I would never let the person do your hair again.

I had a really bad haircut last yr and i had to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed. I didnt go back and ask for a refund but i wish i did. The hairdresser needs to know that you arn't happy with it. Even if you dont get a refund the hairdresser needs to know she mucked up, so that she wont do it again!

It's not rude,but you should have gotten your money back before fixing the bad cut. I don't know if you can get it back now. I would try though. Good luck.

no not really but be sure to tell them tht they have spoilt ur do' and make sure that they have a refund policy and by the way if u feel its really bad wear a cap!!!!!!!
