I am too depressed to come up with an answer for you. I am only replying to it because I am so bored.

Only when I am bored. When bored (no job, no kids, no tasks, etc.) I find myself turning off the oven 20 times per day and dwelling on stupid crap. I sleep 18 hours a day and feel tired the remainder. However, I feel energized, don't dwell on stuff, don't sleep as much and feel much more energized when I work or have more tasks to accomplish.

I'm a nurse and yes comfort is the very key. I see and hear so much everyday in the medical field that it sometimes get me down. I pamper myself and I also pray. I'm a Christian and I truly believe that God is what keeps me going.
