I think Kate Beckinsdale from the movie Van Helsing and I also say Catherine Zeta Jones. Elizabeth Taylor was more beautiful than either of them in her heyday (check her out).

Of course I have to have a couple of guys in here --- Simon Baker (Something New) is one and Tyler Perry (Madea plays and movies) is another. Fine specimens of men. MMMmmm Good!

Personally. i think the natural and true beauties are:

Angelina Jolie: because she's got that "exotic" look and lips and also a beautiful person on the inside

Eva Mendes: like a Cuban Cindy Crawford

Kate Beckinsale:she's got that "something" - she's gorgeous

all those other girls - (no offense, i'm not hating) jessica alba, jessica simpson, paris hilton...they're not naturally pretty - hollywood made them pretty :)

iv often comtemplated this, but came to the conclusion that,
A -beauty is relative to the beholder
B- everyone says the automatic angelina jolie, but think of all the gorgeous women the world doesnt see in the damn tabloids!
c- cultural image of beauty shifts too quickly for there to be one timeless mega beauty babe

Well there are a few and it depends on if you mean by looks or by personality too. Few of us know the celebs personally but looks wise I would say: Kate Beckinsale, Candace Krosolak, or Kiera Knightly. There are many too choose from and it really depends on the roles they play in movies and how they are portrayed.
