my boyfriend suffers from Guillain-barre syndrome. He hasn't had any major battles for years, but when we have sex, he gets these really severe headaches immediately following orgasm. Also his penis is so sensitive, that when he pulls out, its painful. Well he says its just a weird sensation but he actually yells out at times. I know this question might seem weird, but I love him very much and don't want to cause him pain. Is this related to his illness or is this something entirely different?

The hyper-sensitivity seems normal, at least it is that way with my husband also. It does help a little if he stays in me for a little while before he pulls out. The headaches are not though. He should definitely go to the doctor to see whats up.

I am sure you're ok. Stress could cause it I'm sure, cause before orgasm your body tenses up before the release. Just next time you do it, if it happens again I would tell a doctor. Nothing to be embarrased about, and you are normal. Hope it gets better.

After he ejaculates, let him soak inside you for a while. Give his blood pressure a chance to subside. What a shame after the 2 of you made love and having the intruder hurt. He needs to get this sensation under control, for it can become physiological. Until then let him ravish you by going oral. He can always masturbate at the same time.

You are my next door neighbor aren't you? Your boyfriend sounds like a girl when he gets off and you 2 are way too loud.
