Find someone new. If you can't forgive her then you have already put her out of your heart so putting her out of your head should be the easy part. It takes one to replace one.

You don't forget a girl whom you had strong feelings for. You simply manage to cope with the situation. Time is the usually the best medicine to ease grief. Refusing to pass a judgment on the person is also a clever thing to do, because it's the best way not to get unnecessarily emotionally involved.
Now, don't imagine this won't happen again. YOU could be the next one in line to cheat your next Gf, who knows. Keep that in mind and put things coldly back in perspective. And you might want to avoid starting a new romance with an unfair notion that the next girl will also cheat you. Love-live is usually but a sensible trade-off, you might discover.
Good luck

DUMP HER HOOCHIE ***. Once a cheater, ALWAYS a cheater. Also, you need to get yourself down to planned parenthood, and get tested for STDs and AIDs, bc who knows what she was sleeping with. I'm so sorry that you had to go through this. I know what it's like, I bet a lot of us on the yahoo can relate to you. You don't have to forget her, you will probably remember her your entire life, since she appears to be causing you a lot of pain. Just don't let her control your actions or emotions. The best thing you can do right now is pray, and hang out with your friends. Good luck.

Love doesn't suck. I promise. It just sucks when you love the wrong person. There's going to be a few times in your life when this is going to happen. You'll probably have your heart broken more than once, and you'll probably break more than one heart. The day is going to come, though, when you will meet someone who is going to click with you. They'll be your best friend, your love, and your partner. It'll be a rocky road to get there, but you'll get there.

Being cheated on really hurts (my ex-husband did it and left me after 23 yrs of marriage for his mistress)....betrayal of your trust is very difficult to get over. All I can suggest is find ways to keep yourself busy....go out with your buddies, do things you always wanted to do, but couldn't....don't get into another relationship right now....that wouldn't be fair to you or to the other girl...take some time for yourself to get over your GF. I'm still single (my marriage ended 4 yrs ago) and am enjoying my "alone" time at the moment....if the right man comes along, I'm ready....but you need time for your heart to heal first. I hope this helps a little. Good luck....

Just remind yourself what she did, remind yourself of all the faults .. andmost of all.. remember the pain. Honestly when you think back on it.. it probably wasn't that great and you could think of better things. Like maybe the kissing wasn't that great so you dont miss that, or the sex wasn't great so you dont miss that, or some stupid flaw that you wouldn't at all miss.. which makes you think of another girl who doesn't have that flaw which in turn will get your mind of her.. but honestly time heals everything and you loved her, that's hard to let go of

Your very strong by not taking her back. Once a cheat always a cheat. Another girl will move you forward but make sure you have the trust and honesty talk before it goes to far!

She will never be faithful. You don't have to accept it. It is going to be terribly difficult as you will keep thinking about her with someone else. Stay busy, don't keel in thinking it can and will work. Go out with others, but don't get too serious as it would most likely be a rebound. Go out with your buddies, time, you need time and stay busy.
