Yes!!!! This really works. But we're really talking about size and calorie content here. In the morning you have to "break the fast" to get your metabolism going. Don't over do it but think of a healthy combo of proteins and carbs. Even a little fat (little!!!!) is good, it helps you feel satisfied longer. Do snack on a lean protein prior to lunch. Eat a healthy lunch, plenty of fiber here to feel full and help carry away extra fats plus get a bit of protein to keep your energy up and avoid that midday slump. Again snack on a light protein, think almonds, cottage cheese, etc... Dinner is a great time to squeeze in those extra veggies we all know we should be eating but often fall a little short on during the day.

YES, if you think about it. Most ppl after a long day want to come home and have a great big meal. This is all bad.... You need to feel your breakfast with carbs to help you gain the energy to start off the day, and have many moderate meals throughout the day (I try around every 2 hours) to help keep your energy up. And then the last meal be at least 2 hours before bed. Because you can't burn many calories when you sleep. Make sure you pack the meals with protein also....

You don't have to reverse your meals. Just eat 6 small meals a day and no carbs after 5 pm. This will increase your metabolism and help you lose weight.

I actually eat cereal for dinner or lunch and it fills me up without all the carbs. I also get a lot of vitamins so it's nutritional and gives you a great tasty diet .

kind of. i mean, if you eat it reverse, but still eat more calories than you burn, you will still gain weight.
but the concept behind it is that at night, you're about to go to sleep, so you don't need to use that much energy.
but people have done tests, and there is no evidence that this works. calories know no time
