I am 22 years old and feel like I am getting old. Is this normal?

I feel like I am concentrating on it so much that I pay so much attention to that instead of actually doing stuff in my life. HOw do I change?

22 was a tough year for me. Well, I had 1 child and one on the way but still...at 22 I began to think that I really had no "young" miletones to reach. You have 13...then 16...then 18...then 21...then it's "all downhill from there."

I was wrong. At 33 I still feel just as young...the best way to change is to not forget about the kid in you. Do things that you find fun...even if they aren't "age appropriate. Like me. I still walk in the rain and jump into mud puddles. I still swing at the park and catch frogs to play with them. This may not be like "young fun" to you but do what DOES fit that classification for you...I never feel younger than when I am playing basketball or walking in the rain...without an umbrella, of course.

One is as young or as old as you feel. I am 22 years old, and also feel very old at times. But then i remember that i am actually young and should enjoy life, but this is hard to do.

Everyday is a new challenge for me, there is so much that i would like to do with my life, and i remind myself everyday that life is about living, not pondering the coming years.

My mother is 54 years old, and still young at heart, this is the person i want to be when i grow older, someone that will still enjoy life to the fullest.

Just think people are saying the 40's is the new 20's.

well, i am 23, and i feel old.
I have one daughter, and my body feels old,, and i think that i am getting wrinkles all over. everyone says that i am crazy and that i look young like around 18. I dont see it,, so maybe its all in our heads.....
