Hi, I don't know about water therapy, so i can't say anything about this therapy.
U want , to lose weight in 10 days, so u can go to Gim. & take 10 days prog. under instructor. But this not profitable.
So i request u, no eat fast food & cold drinks. Control on your mouth & mind. Be positive. Do not touch tension.To eat green vegitable, fruits. Drink 8 to 10 glass water in a day. If u possible, u can eat homemade food but not oily & spicy. And do yoga & other exerise daily. If u possible, you can do running & walking. Yoga , running & walking is best fitness prog. You can get result after some time like within a 1 month & 2 month but result is long life. You can discuss with Dr. & then dicide what to do.

Hi. Unlike some other answers I for sure know that your body can live up to 45 days without food, 15 days, without water and 3 minutes without air. When your body rests of receiving food and processing it and digesting it, it can start to lose toxines and fat and can work only in getting rid of the bad in your body. You may want to start up with only juice. You pick. Two days of only one kind, say orage, pinapple or papaya are the best. Next week do the same, and so on. The next month try it with water. If you`re brave and have a strong will power, you may start with water. If you wanna do 10 days, on the third day, you will lose any kind of hunger and you will start losing TOO much weight, but also since your body is starting to get rid of toxines, get ready for bad breath, white toungue, bad odor (sweat) etc. But after the third day youll feel great. It is recomended that you do water therapy for the rest of your life once a week! Good luck!

That would not be a good plan. It isn't healthy and you will loose all muscle and that will make you gain the weight back and then some. I have tried every diet known to man over the years and I would suggest that anyone that wants a super fast, healthy way to lose the weight and totally transform their body to check out body for life. Even if you can't hang for the whole twelve weeks, it will work faster than anything else out there for the period of time you are on it. There are web sites and blogs galore about the plan and you could get the book for next to nothing from half.com. Good luck.

Sorry you don't want to hear it, but exercising and eating healthy ARE the only ways to lose weight. There are no miracle diets or pills that will make you lose insane amounts of weight, and more importantly, it is nigh impossible to lose 10 pounds in 10 days without SERIOUSLY damaging your body. If you are serious about losing weight, please do a little research on the matter before you severely hurt yourself.

I've heard of people drinking vinger and water diets and eatting a lite meal for dinner.What the vinger will do is clean out all the fat ceils out of your body, so eat a lite meal but only drink vinger water for lunch and maybe a apple or something. OR you could put all your food in a blender and drink it well maybe not your meat but veggies and fruit would be ok. Good Luck!

Honistly this is NOT a smart idea. When you starve your body of nutrients it begins to store fat since it doesnt know when its next meal will come. Another problem is that your body will start to break down other parts of the body to get what it needs (ie bones muscles) and will start to release some toxic chemicals into your body in order to break down these components. A smarter idea is actually to eat?snack sevral(6-8) times a day. doing this will help your body metabilize fats better and faster.

u can do whatever u want to do.but again u will put on wait.so try this i am doing this these days.eat ONLY three meals.before start eating drink cold water 1 or 2 glass.at night take cabbage soup or any veg soup in big bowl after that u can have little bit any thing for taste change i am taking one piece of chicken leg.it works if u r seriously want to reduce your wait.do not nibble in between whenever u feel hungry drink only room temperature water.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Drink one spoon honey, juice of full one lemon in hot water early in the morning on empty stomach for three months. When you reach the desired weight, stop it.
