hey, we went to the same school way back in high school, but yeah, never paid attention to him before. its not that i look at him in a more special way now that he's famous. i just find him cute when he was singing me this song (its written in a piece of paper so he'd glance at it once a while)...

No, I never was the type to fall for things that guys say!
They will say LOTS of things. You have to learn to not listen to any of it. It sounds like you're young - you'll see that these guys find time for the sex, but not a quality relationship where YOU get respect, love, support and being part of each other's lives, meeting each other's needs. THAT'S what makes people fall in love - not some lyrics on a piece of paper that some guy sings to you.

No, but I know people in bands, no I won't list them, I'll never hear the end of it if I do. They are just people, they sing, jump around on a stage, play an instrument and (usually) love their job (if it pays enough to be considered a job).

I'd suggest you look at those boys sitting behind you in class. Perhaps one of them will be a big shot some day. Famous people usually have as many or more problems than "normal" people, because they too are normal people.
