Well, sometimes I think that the soonest we have kids the best it is, because we will be 'young' enough to enjoy them when they'll grow up and have their own kids.
Again, if we wait to have a good salary, to make a better house, to become mature enough for this, then we will never have kids!!
So, I think we are already late!!!

Well if you want to go to college and start your career first it will take you some time to settle into a job and make some money. I would say the youngest should be 26. By then you would have been out of school for a few years and making some money. You would have also had some time to be selfish and live for yourself. You do not want to be going to the club and hardcore partying with kids. But on the other hand I would probably stop having kids at 35. After that the risk of complications and birth defects goes up. In addition to risks children can be very time consuming and tiring so the older you are the harder it is. Do you want to be a 50 year old bringing your child to kindergarten?

Since you could get hit by a bus at any age, I would say you are never too old. If you are not old enough to vote, I would say you are too young. There is never a right age. Children never come at a good time.

Seriously though. Find a partner, who is committed to family. Some women begin peri-menopause before the age of 30. After age 35, women are at a higher risk for having children with certain genetic defects. Fertility issues also arise with age, in men as well as women.

Waiting until you can provide a stable home is a great idea. A good age to have kids (in my opinion) is between 25 and 35 years old.

i was 24 and my husband was 32, my daughter was 32 when she had her first her husband is a year or so younger than her. I dont think any specific age is right or wrong according to how the person feels . if you want children and can aford to have them then go ahead, i dont think a woman should give birth past 50 really but there have been a few who have. 40 is the latest i would have done it. your body really starts to change after 40 and i would have fallen apart, im almost 60 now.

30. Also, make sure you are ready to not go out all the time and do what you want anymore. People in their 20's tend to still want to do this, and I wish I had waited until 30. I had my first when I was 19.

I think about 28-30, thats when you are into your job, most likely married, and have some monney set away. I think over 50 for women is too old and over 55 for men.

i think you're on the right track. whenever you're financially and emotionally stable enough to have kids. 25..ish? that's about the time i want to start.

as to how old is too old, i think 45 or so should be the top. after 35 pregnancies get increasingly more risky...

It all depends on maturity but for the average mature and responsible person..I would say between 25-30.
