I am short, so i know how you feel. but you gotta motivate yourself & accept the fact that you are a shorty! and short people rock! so don't ever worry about what other people say, even family. Sometimes, family can hurt your feelings without knowing it. The best thing to do is to just ignore it & be happy. There's nothing wrong with being short =) We are still normal people & can do anything we want to because anything is possible. Tall people feel the same, they wish they were shorter & feel like they are too tall it gets them depressed, LOL!

Everyone's born different, so it doesn't matter if you're tall or short. I'm 5'7" and I hit my head on doors sometimes, so there's a disadvantage to being tall on the other hand :-P

I'm short, too, and my mom makes fun of me all the time.
It usually doesn't suck too bad, except when I try to reach something on a high shelf. At home, a step-stool helps. When shopping, looking cute and helpless usually entices some nice person to come along and fetch it down for me.

There is no such thing as "tall enough." People have preferences.
It's awesome that you are fine just as you are. You keep going in that direction. You'll do just fine.
Btw.. Christy... who says that tall women don't wear heels? I'm 5'10 in barefeet and 6'2 in my heels. ;)

absolutely not every person is different not everybody NEEDS to be a shaq or a yao mein u know your mother should not be worried at all this is normal its just that she expected something else of yu and this is what she got that's the main reason why she is sort of worried do not stress on this explain to your mom that you are this way for a reason thanks i lâ¥ved answering your question!!

I'm very tall.
My parents always say that.
I don't care if I was or if I wasn't.
I think, its perfectly fine to be short or tall.
Just accept it.
Plus, being short, you can wear heels, a luxury taller women can't do.
