Do it in the restroom, please. When one brushes one's hair, the broken and dead ones fall out, and the rest of us have to deal with the nastiness. ALL personal grooming, except for reapplying lipstick after a meal, should be done in a restroom.

Not really. Try to find a bathroom or a place far away from people. Maybe in a corner where you can't be seen. It's not nice since your hair and possible dandruff starts flying all over the place and it could land on someone. It's not like it's deadly or anything, it's just rude and shows you don't care if you're covering people with crap. It's kind of like shaking lint off your coat while standing right next to people and having it land all over their coat.

I think it's kind of rude to do in restaurants or any other events where people are eating, or certainly some other events, but in some cases I think it's okay, like if I'm out at a store (but not a food store) or out bowling or something, sometimes I take out my small brush and quickly tie my hair up. Use your discretion, but don't do it where there's food or people are eating.

No I wouldn't. Any makeup/grooming needs to be done in the restroom. I avoid fixing my makeup or anything having to do with my appearance in public because I think it just makes me look self-conscious. Once I step out in public, what I look like is what I look like haha and I try to keep my mind on other things. Although I do find myself fighting the urge to pull out a mirror and powder compact often.... lol.

As long as you are away from any areas where food is prepared or consumed. Or if you are asked to stop.

Brushing your hair is going to generate alot of stray hairs and skin cells falling off of your head. Someone may take offense to that if you're in their shop. But anywhere outside should be fine.

Sure its ok.

I do my make up in public.... Im forever touching it up. My family and friends can't understand how I can do it. I don't get embarresed or anything, I mean, it may seem a little out of the ordinary for strangers but that's just me. My mum thinks it's funny.

If you can do it, and live with yourself, then it's ok.

it really depends on your surroundings- if oyu are sitting on a bench in the park, or somewhere in the open where you are not in close proximity to people - oyu certainly dont want to do it in a restaurant or area where people are eating or serving food. People generally dont like other peoples hair flying in their face or around them.
Just think about where you are, who is around and the circumstances - then you can decide if it is appropriate in that area

I brush my hair in public all the time cuz it ends up like a birds nest. if people have a problem with that they can just stuff it.
