i was ligh up until 5th grade then in sixt grade i went for 90 to 120 and kept moving up

It sounds like to me that you have just reached your growth spurt. I would say you are probably still a safe weight for your height. You might want to learn to eat good balanced meals and try to stay away from the junk food snacks. Try to be sure that you get plenty of vitamins by eating your daily helpings of fresh fruits and vegetables. This proactivity will aid you in battling the buldge in the future. Also, try to be sure to get an ample amount of exercise Exercise is a must with your current gradual weight fain trend. If you make the choice now to eat healthy and exercise, you should fall into the groove you should be in and be able to stay in it throughout adulthood. Again, I don't think you really have a weight problem at this time but just be smart and take action early. Good luck! : )

For a male, 5 ft 8", 160 is an ideal weight. Just watch that it doesn't get higher.

If you feel great about yourself then you shouldn't feel down, honestly i would love to weigh as much as you. But if you would like to lose some weight then try having fun and being with your friends and soon you will forget about eating all the time.

hmmm...you may need to lose a few pounds. But it kinda depends if you're a boy or a girl. You may just have low metabolism.

if youre a guy, then you're good, if youre a girl, you might want to work it down to about 10 or 15 pounds
