Tylenol Sinus medication. It will dry it right up.

You need a cold medication or cough syrup that says it has an expectorant in it. That will loosen the mucus. If you are having lots of trouble in breathing, you may need to go to the ER to have a breathing treatment. You can also try having someone beat on your back in the lung area with a cupped palm, not so hard that it hurts you, but enough to help loosen things up. I feel soooo sorry for you. I have just gotten over a period of three long weeks of illness....UGH!!! Good luck.

Try mucinex along with something like Nyquil or Tylenol sinus.

lyndia is rigth mucinex and if it comes with a cough mucinex dm most mds will recomend it
