What causes me to get the shakes and not feel 100%? I have been tested for diabeties but its not that they came back fine. What else could it be? i have them now and it feels really weird. It seems to happen if i dont eat for a while. I had a salad sandwich for lunch at 12 and now been 4 i wouldn't think its that but, is there something else that may cause it?

I am hypoglycemic. That sounds just like me, I get really shaky and I can't concentrate. It can either stay that way or it can turn diabetic later on in life. Try to always keep a snack on hand. Fruit is the best thing for you, but, if you need a quick fix, chocolate works. I don't suggest eating chocolate every time you feel bad, though, for health reasons, of course. Try to have fruit in the morning and make sure you don't take too long of a stretch between meals. If I don't eat for like 6 hours, then I get an "attack". I'm not a big fan of going to the doctor, I don't like to constantly be on pills, but, maybe that is the route for you. If not, grab an apple when you start to feel bad, your body is asking for the sugar. Hope that helped a bit.

Sounds like hypoglycemia. You need to be sure you eat 3 meals a day and have a high protein snack mid morning, mid afternoon and before you go to bed.

I agree that it sounds like hypoglycemia. You'd better see a doctor.
