Try to ask him in a subtle way what his preferance will be. I would say shaved, since most guys do prefer that, but there aren't hairy sites out there for nothing. Its all a personal thing.

a tiny bit of hair at the top kind of like a landing strip, but shaved is fine to, hairy is gross tho

i like it hairy but it should be your choice. whatevever you like to do. if he doesnt like it so what? if he demands it tell him to shave his. i like my women to look like women not prepubescent girls.
