Find a urologist - get it checked! You are already in pain, so it can't hurt... Testicular cancer doesn't usually present with pain (although it could), and it is easily treatable. My husband had it, found a lump himself, had the testicle removed (don't be scared!), had some low-level radiation and has been cancer-free for almost 6 years. We even had a little girl (without help!) afterward.

Good luck - I hope it is nothing serious!!!!!!

please go see a specialist! my boyfriend was just diagnosed with testicular cancer and he had the same issues you're speaking of right now. there were no visible signs or lumps on him either but a scan showed a cancerous mass inside. they caught it early enough so that it could be treated, but had he waited another month, it would have spread and his diagnosis would have been much worse. DO NOT wait or hesitate about going to the doctor over this, it could very well be serious and should be checked out right away. best of luck to you

Have you had a recent injury (sports related or lifting related)?
It could be several things, probably nothing too serious, but anytime you have a pain lasting that long (3 weeks), you really should see your doctor for a check up.
Good luck!

It could just be a bruise, but it could be a more serious problem like a testicular torsion--that's when your testicle gets twisted inside your scrotum. If it feels like that might be the case, seek medical attention as soon as possible.

could be epididimitis, an infection in the testicle or in the tube where sperm travels from the testicle to the penis. I'd seriously consider seeing a doctor for a prescription for an antibiotic, but that's just what I'd do, considering that my nuts are fairly important to me.

You could have injured it. You could have an infection.

The most serious problem would be if it was strangulated. That would be when there is a hernia and the intestines wrap around a testicle. That is very serious. But it doesn't sound like you have that.

Rule of thumb if it last more than 2 weeks or gets worse it is time to call the doctor.

Detaching epididymis? Seriously, they could be hanging low.
As binding as they are, you need to wear breifs to give you support.
If breifs don't help, you need to see a doctor. The prostate is nowhere close, so a PSA (PROSTATE specific antigen) is not neccessary unless you are 50+

Three weeks means it is more than a pulled muscle-- see a doc- it is doc worthy and make sure he does a PSA level on you-- it is a blood test to monitor you know, to make sure you dont have testicular CA. Good luck to you---
