we are getting a Pug puppy in a few weeks, and we are trying to decide weather to get a male or female.. We want a fatter-type pug, do boys/girls tend to be fatter/more wrinkly? and no matter what, is an un-neutered boy going to pee everywhere?

We are a pug house, and I would recommend getting a boy. They will mark eventually if left un-neutered and have been bred. My boy pug NEVER marked in the house and we got him neutered when he was 2 1/2. He marked outside and we had to watch him other places, but not our home. Girls tend to be harder to housetrain(I've found) and are MUCH more independent. The boys tend to be more affectionate. My girl is such a pill,LOL,she is so independant and aloof and STUBBORN! But I think the stubborn, selective hearing streak runs in all pugs. :) I would say boy! Ooh,and all pugs would love to be the,"fatter type" if you let them! LOL. Good luck, and enjoy your little frog faced baby! :)

Girl dogs, nutered or not, pee whenever they want, same with both genders. Also girl dogs can go into heat and if you don't want multiple puppies..then I'd reccomend a male dog. They're both the same size as far as i know.

Well if u get a female they get in heat and have problems, while on the other hand males usully pee everywhere at first in there early ages. Good Luck

un-neutered dogs tend to "mark" certain areas - this might be what we see as peeing all over the place... owning a dog carries a big responsibilty - just like potty-training a baby, how long will it take?

you have to practice a lot of patience when getting a dog...and be ready to be the pack leader, or else your dog will own your house...good luck
