Seriously, I'm not sure whether there is such a thing as a "God's sense of humor", but there are instances which seem quite funny. In the Old Testament/Jewish Tanakh, read the scripture by Jonah. He gets swallowed by a "big fish" (literally translated, but may mean a whale). Then a vine grew over his shelter to ease his pains; but a worm ate the plant and it was a scorching day the next day.

Last summer a bird saw its reflection in the side view mirror on my neighbors car, and got fixated on it. And while trying to get to the mirror this bird would crap down the side of the car. Every day my neighbor would get the car washed, and the next day the car was a mess again. My neighbor finally parked the car facing the other way, and the bird crapped down the other side of the car. so he parked it across the street, and then the bird crapped down both sides of the car. This went on for about two weeks, I never saw my neighbor, only the car and the bird, I watched what was happening from the start, and it got funnier every day. I finally saw my neighbor and told him how to stop it. But until then it was the funniest thing I ever saw. Only God could have done a joke like that.
