Male dogs who aren't neutered will tend to mark their territory. Neutering will help stop this problem, though, at his age, it may not stop it completely. There are some good cleaners available at pet stores (like PetsMart) that will remove the stain and odor. You also can crate him when you're not home.

if he's not neutered get him neutered. if he is neutered and peeing he could have a bladder infection. how long has it been going on?. take him out or put him out more often and make sure he marks all his spots or "Checks the male"

He i sjust marking his territory. You just have to make sure he knows to get outside to go to the bathroom. You can also get him fixed, but this is costly and may not solve your problems.

you can train him to go to a place where he can pee and provide a time where u can take your dog to pee outside... that way when he get used to it, he will eventually do it like a habit...
