they say i have won a car and just need to send $29.95 in to get it

If it sounds too good to be true, it is. You can call the OPP to see if this is a scam, contact the company, the Better Business Bureau, or search the web. Don't pay anything until you have the keys in your hand, and even then it might be stolen.

The better business bureau has a link to them on their website (see below). It sounds like a scam to me.

ANYTIME you are told you have to send in money in order to get something that you "won" it is a scam!!

If you won something, then you won it .. period .. free!!

Never ever send money to anyone who solicits it from you. Never!
