If you mean a radio station, I suggest BBC Radio 4 or BBC World Service.

If you mean a make of radio, Roberts Radios have a great reputation and are built to last. Don't think they make any for cars, though.

For car radio if you want reasonably priced but good quality try JVC. Top of the range Alpine. Something in between Pioneer or Kenwood.
