Flash Player 9 problem?

Question

when i go to download flash player 9 i hae to install activex

so the gold bar appears but when i click the bar no where does it say "install activex control" like it has in the past

all it says is:
"What's the Risk?"
and
"Information Bar Help"

Can anyone help me out?

what i finally had to do was call the dell people and have them walk me through reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling my programs.

be sure to save all pictures and the like to cd or floppy before reformatting if you want to save them. once you get reformatted and reloaded use a good spyware and virus checker on a regular basis, as i feel this is the reason my computer tilted in the first place.
