Why does my pet .....?

Im having a problem bcause my puppy Eli always grawls at me or any one else if we hold him like a baby and he is just 4 lbs he is a Tea-cup poodle and he will only get about 5lbs anyway,if anyone has any idea why he is doing this PLEASE tell me!!!!!!!!!

If you are holding him stomach up then that maybe the reason. Some small dogs dont like to be restrained on their back because it makes them feel unsafe and dominated. He may also have dominance issues, an alpha pack member does not roll onto their back for no one.
